7 year old beauty...

Haven made leg holes in a walmart bag and turned it into an outfit...

Love Monopoly Jr!  All the girls can play!

Lake day with Papa's office!  Tubing with my girls!

Addysen certainly has a love of books...

Now that Brielle turned 3, she could finally participate in gymnastics instead of just watching her sister.  She was SO excited!

And seriously...she is the most adorable little gymnast!

Cousin sleepover!

And I'm quite sure if the cousins were all boys, this would not be a part of their sleepover :-)

Superhero cape Haven made at school

Birthday celebration for the 3 year old at preschool!

The best part about school birthday celebrations...getting to pick the number of items of your age from the prize box!

Story time with Yia Yia...who would have thought the stairs would make a good reading spot :-)

House Coloring

One of the greatest gifts Brielle got for her birthday...a play house to color on!  Hours of fun...and big enough that the girls each had their own space to color on!

Love that Brielle makes "H's" all over...been watching big sister just a bit? :-)

3 Year Old Brielle

At 3 years old, Brielle...

--Is independent - she sees what her big sisters can do and she is determined to find a way to do anything and everything they can do also.  Age is not a factor to her.  She loves being able to do things on her own and whenever she can do things without help, she wants to do it without help.

--Is strong-willed - my Mom prayed I would have a child that was strong willed like me when I grew up.  God answered that one...three fold. :-)

--Says things in the cutest ways - between trying to imitate the way her sisters talk and how expressive she is, the way she says things is so cute.  I'm constantly giggling at things she says...yet often, if I were to write them down, they wouldn't sound like they would be funny / cute...but the way she says them is just completely adorable.  Add in that she still doesn't say her "r's" correctly and it's just the cutest thing! :-)

--Loves shoes, clothes, jewelry, nailpolish...all things girly. :-)  My other girls get clothes as a present and they practically throw them aside after opening them.  Brielle on the other hand, will lay out an outfit on the floor to be able to see how it all looks together. :-)  She wears her play princess heels around the house, saying they are her "work shoes" and she's going to work.  She's the first (and often only) one of my girls who notices when I get new clothes or accessories and comments about how "pwetty" they are.

--Wants to be called different names all the time.  Most of the time it's wanting to be called "Elsa Princess" or a fairy's name from the Tinkerbell movies, but one day she even told me "Mommy.  My name isn't Brielle anymore.  It's Emmie."

--Loves to snuggle when she's upset or tired and still wants me to rock her before she goes to bed every night.  She tells me that even though she's a big girl, I can still carry her.

Brielle,

3 years old?!  How did that happen!  It's such a joy to be your Mommy!  Thank you for the joy and laughter you bring every day.  You are a treasure!  I hope you always know how much I love you and how God loves you even more!  He made you such a beautiful little girl, inside and out, and I pray that you will come to know Him personally and follow Him all your days!  Praying for a great year ahead for you my precious one!  Happy birthday my big girl!  I love you so very much!

Love,
Mommy
